May 2022 sees the welcome return of the Stamford International Music Festival after the pandemic enforced hiatus. Festival Director Freya Goldmark will be announcing the Festival programme at a special concert at the Arts Centre on Saturday 26 February at 7.30pm. The evening will feature Haydn’s String Quartet No 5 and Dvorak’s String Quintet No 2* played by some of the UK’s finest young musicians. Tickets are £18 or £6 for those under 26.

Freya - who will be playing at as well as hosting the event - comments. “I am so glad to be back at Stamford Arts Centre and can’t wait to get the Stamford International Music Festival proper underway. This taster concert will be a treat in its own right but I am sure the audience will enjoy the bonus unveiling of the whole festival programme. I shall also be revealing some new SIMF partners who will be promoting the Festival in fun and innovative ways.”
